They do have a good record but the teams they've played aren't any good. If this was the BCS rating system they would be ranked 24th

Seriously though, Chicago and Brooklyn were the two teams that should have given them a run but they haven't been playing well...

And you cursed your team, they lost the same afternoon you posted "undefeated".....

That was a tough loss to watch.

I think the fact that the loss occurred during Indiana's THIRD back-to-back is somewhat comforting.

Thus far, no other team in the NBA has had as many back-to-back nights as the Pacers.

Too early to tell strength of schedule yet, IMO.

wrong.......

Rockets have played 3 back-to-backs also and will start their fourth back-to-back tonight against the Celtics (and then tomorrow night against the Mavs).

all season long, the Rockets have not had MORE THAN ONE DAY of rest in between games and back-to-backs.

tonight will be their 11th game since October 1st and they're 6-4.

Rockets will play more games in November than anyone in the league at 17.....

freaking Pacers got it easy - they got 3 WHOLE DAYS REST before they started their back-to-back, and then after their back-to-back, they had TWO WHOLE DAYS OFF.

schedule is being very kind to the Pacers so far - they only play 14 games this month with only 4 back-to-backs

don't believe me just watch......

Rockets are going through a buzz saw right now......

The information I received was incorrect.

Thank you for subtly pointing out my mistake . . .

I can understand your frustration.

While the Pacers were one game away from the Finals last season, your Rockets were playing golf.

yeah, we lacked depth - Rockets weren't even a contender to start the season, but Harden basically put on his superman cape and pronounced his superstardom last year....

he's been voted as best Shooting Guard in the NBA....

we didn't have a "big 3" that is needed nowadays to compete for a title.....

we kind of do now, so everything is looking up.....

if our GM can land a sick PG with high AST/TO ratio, we'll be in great shape with all the offensive weapons we have on this team....

I was just giving you a hard time.

Pacers have incredible depth right now with Scola, Granger, S. Hill, Watson, Johnson, Copeland, etc. coming off the bench.

We just lack a dynamic point guard. George Hill is not a facilitator.

lol Asik is whining about not getting to play? what is up with that?
really looking like a cry baby..

I agree Lin is not as good as I thought he would be - he still hasn't changed his 'me' mentality.. it's not going to work on a team.. unless you really are a superstar, or if he could morph into a proper passing PG .. mentally he's not there, benching him is good for him at this point..

Don't think they can win with a Beverly/Lin combo - Beverly wears out the other teams star PG and Lin comes on as a half shooting/PG who can still hook up (abit) with Howard/other open guys.. ?

If you got a star PG wouldn't that mess up Harden who needs the ball?
Personally I like the Harden/Howard/(Beverly-Lin) base.. but they really need to fill out the bench

Harden turns the ball over too much in crucial situations - he plays hero ball.

i'm ok with hero ball, but he misses waaaay too much.

knock down a few game winning 17 footers and then we'll see...

Can't agree with any of this. I feel bad for Asik as he would of been great for what he is. Now he's looking to get traded. Lin is playing great, enough said. I love the direction this Rockets team is going but I'd love to see Asik/Howard working together. All they need to do now is close out games and learn how to inbound the ball. If anything, I'd like to see the coach fired.

no you don't - it's a complete disaster that has been backed up by stats

Rockets are actually a very bad team with Asik and Howard on the court....

Hahaha well you obviously don't know what I'm referring to. Clearly being sarcastic. Look up Brandon Jennings quotes from last years playoffs against the Heat.

"...i don't think anyone cares what Brandon Jennings says..." said, everyone.

guy can't even hit 40% of his shots....

he makes bad decisions all over the place and after the Bucks moved him to Detroit, he STILL plays for a sub .500 team that have missed the playoffs the last 4 or 5 years, even with the benefit of being in a super weak conference...

Seriously who the hell is Brandon Jennings? Oh I see what's going on, you live in Bucks territory and is stuck with only watching their games and their broadcasting. I had this same brainwash occurrence when I was in Vancouver and thought Shareed Abdur Rahim, Big Country Reeves, and Greg Anthony was the shitz.

I bet a load of you guys don't remember this was ever a team. GO Grizzlies.

I never said BJ was good, he is terrible. Lol at the idiot Grizzlies fan. They have sucked forever and finally have a decent team for a couple years. Too bad your owner blows and will end up running the team to the ground because he wants to cut cap. Ever heard of cable tv? Yeah, I can watch more than the Bucks.

another good game by the Rockets last night.

tonight, they play a good Mavs team - their 4th back-to-back this month.

we seriously need a PG - Harden's 7 TO's yesterday was terrible, but at least we had a 20 point lead pretty much the entire game, so it didn't effect us.

i think Terrance Jones is our PF of the future - he's playing extremely well.

Clippers and Rockets are #1 and #2 in the league in scoring right now.

Clippers doing it because CP3 is a legit facilitator, but the Rockets are doing it because they collectively have better shooters all around the floor that LOVE to run.....
