Breakfast, I normally have a few cups of (decaf) coffee. After that, I'm at a loss nutritionally for what I should drink.

I know I need to get away from those diet/caffeine-free sodas I have with lunch, but water just doesn't seem like enough. I don't want to add a bunch of sugars with juice.

Dinner is normally accompanied by a big cold glass of whole milk.
Upon awakening - Bottle of water, ice cold
Breakfast - Quad Grande Americano, 2 splenda, 1/2 oz half and half.
All Day - Water
Unsweetened tea when I have it...black and green.
Coke Zero on occasion.
Special occasion: Root Beer

Alcohol:
Wine - Prefer reds
Guinness or Ultra when I have beer. Love IPAs, can't tolerate
Gin, Vodka, or Scotch on occasion.

Van:
Gatorade or Powerade
IV saline, 500 ml. Hang bag PRN.

I picked up some LaCrouix. Not bad, just a bit light on the flavor. Maybe I need them cold. OR with a good shot of Tanqueray . . .

heard about having drinks after or before meals but guess it works differently for everyone. I prefer a cup of tea in the morning and dinner and a glass of wine in the evening. don't usually drink coffee, only occasionally when going out. just not a big fan of its taste

A guy I know essentially only drank Red Bulls and Rockstars. He literally ended up in the hospital due to kidney stomes. Awful.

Have you heard of "Yogi" tea? My doctor suggested it when I was suffering from some bronchial garbage. Very tasty and lots of flavors.

I recommend you look into any supplement that uses sodium bicarbonate to add "fizziness" to the drink. Amino X from BSN is a very good one.

Sodium bicarbonate actually can assist in breaking down the stones, and actually dosed in some kidney stone management meds.

Generally speaking no, it's straight water. Think of it this way, would you wash your car in tea or coffee? Lol likely not.

The best trick to push to drink more water is fill a gallon, drink as much as you can in a day, mark a line where you got, then try to do more the next day.

Best rule of thumb for a very active person is total bodyweight in ounces. For the average Joe, bodyweight in kilograms.

My go to drink is cranberry juice and club soda(seltzer).Something like 1/4 juice to 3/4 club soda. I drink this with all of my meals except breakfast. Sometimes I spike it with Gatorade, a touch of AloeVera, or Pomegranate juice.

Water only for me unless I’m out at dinner somewhere where I’ll have a glass of wine.

I would. Tried it 2 and 5(?) years old, very expensive (compared to "regular" teas I find good enough) , really appreciated. Although a person I treated to it said it tasted like manure.
