because you don't know basketball
KOBE NEVER had to carry a team, he was always carried. was Carried by Shaq to 3 rings, and then by an amazing frontline Trio of Odom/ Gasol/ Bynum...along with Artest When Kobe was in his prime after Shaq was traded, he couldn't carry that Team. you get Lebron you are a LOCK to get to the payoffs...…... |

These threads always turn into a "this guy" is better than "that guy". The bottom line is you need team chemistry to win rings. Some of the best players never win a championship because they don't have the supporting cast, perfect role players, and a great bench. Also a coach that knows how to win. So the Jordan vs LeBron or Shaq vs Kobe seems pointless when so many other variables are necessary to win.

True, must be a teenager. If LeBron went to the basket back when there were true Centers, and Power Forwards. He would've got decapitated. Best of all, there wouldn't be a foul called. For those LeBron lovers. Look at the teams that were in the Eastern Conference since LB joined the NBA. Maybe 3-4 good teams. The rest GARBAGE. It's when he decided to start this Super Team BS, with Miami, is when he won. Remember, GS didn't have Draymond Green due to a BS suspension for game 5, and the GS center was injured. I feel GS would've won that series if Green played. Cleveland won that game, and all the momentum shifted.

Dwade took over a championship game, and LB won a title. Ray Allen made a big 3 in the 4th qtr to win against San Antonio, and Kyrie had a huge 4th quarter, with over 40pts. So, LB has won 3 championships. However, without those big games by Dwade, Ray Allen, and Kyrie, LB would have one NBA title.

uhhm.. because you need A TEAM TO WIN A GAME. jesus, are people really this dense, or does the internet make you guys this way? if lebron had more capable players in his first few years in clevennd, he'd have more rings, and this convo would be moot. lebron>jordan. |

3 of the FINALS LeBron Payed in was against TIM DUNCAN, the BEST POWER FORWARD to play the game, one of the all time ELITE rim protectors and post defenders and on my list as the 3rd best player all time behind Kareem and Jordan. When Lebron played he played against Kevin Garnett, Played against Shaq, possibly the most physically dominant center outside of Wilt. he played against Ben and Rasheed Wallace, He played against Dwight Howard a Mutiple DPOY. Please tell me what the hell do you mean by True center or PF? you seem to not have a clue and pull crap out your arse. Lebron Never started the "Super Team" you seem to nit realize that Barkey, Olajawon + Pippen played on the same team in 1999. you seem to not realize that after the Spurs beat the Lakers in 2003. Both Gary Payton and Karl Malone joined Shaq, Kobe and Phil Jackson in Laker Uniforms. you seem to not realize that Jerry West got Kobe one of the best frontlines in recent NBA History with Gasol/ Odom/ Bynum. that brought LA 3 finals appearance and Kobe's final 2 rings. you seem to not realize that the Pierce/ Allen/ Garnett trio was brought together BEFORE Lebron went to Miami. All of those examples are ELITE, franchise Caliber Players teaming up BEFORE Lebron went to Miami. BUT...…………...with People like you, facts are selective. anything that doesn't strengthen your arguments are not facts to be considered. |

That's either trolling or you're 20 years old.
There is no reasonable argument to be made that LBJ is better than MJ. Hey Lebron, I hope your watching “ The Last Dance.” You could see what players went through back in the COMPETITIVE NBA days. You are the “ Chosen One,” so tune in. And no flopping after watching.
And for the LJ lovers, you should watch too. Last edited by ny325; 10-16-2020 at 12:44 AM.. |

Long live the GOAT - Michael Jordan
The man was my hero just like most kids of the 80's. His competitiveness and dominance was magic - every time he stepped foot on the court. He inspired so many people to reach beyond their best. Now the players are all kind and gentle. |

I actually don’t miss the fact the NBA is currently suspended. I lost interest in the sport several years ago. A lot of great athletes, however, not many good basketball players.

Honestly prior to this season I lost interest. But this season reignited it with all the interesting duos and me wanting to see how it panned out. But then again maybe I just wanted to see Harden and Westbrook choke but together this time

I would like to see Lebron and Anthony Davis choke together too. If that happens, LJ will say his team isn’t good enough, and he needs help.

If the NBA season gets cancelled, it should count as a finals loss for LeBron.
Again, it’s his fault that he didn’t stop the virus. |

I don’t know how to add the link. Go on YouTube, type In Jordon vs. Lebron The best GOAT comparison. It’s a 32.03 minute video. This is the best video, breakdown of how dominant Jordon was. Excellent video. The Lebron lovers should watch.

I'm pretty much done with pro sports. Watching highly-paid jocks prance around thinking they are more important than the team is not for me anymore. I used love it. Either its changed or I've just grown out of it, not sure. I get why people are still into it.
Why is this little rant relevant to this thread? Here's why: Just this morning, I saw this tidbit come across my news feed. "Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James left the court early in their 115-104 Game 3 loss to the Miami Heat on Sunday night, something many didn’t take kindly to. James, with about 10 seconds left on the clock as time was ticking down to the final buzzer, simply took off to the locker room. " |
