Assuming you are talking a PC setup, then yes as long as they have their own USB connections.

I bought iRacing but regret it.... I have played a ton of different sims and don't get me wrong iRacing is incredible with track detail/car handling/sound/physics but having to pay for a new car and a new track is a bit too much... I took advantage of the one month since it's 50% off and I will not be renewing.

I tried some online racing but it's so limited with lower class cars and limited tracks. To race in GT3 equivalent races you have to put down so much money for at least one of the cars and all of the tracks everyone races on.

Still racing in PC2 and got back into ACC

Nice setups!

Recently just purchased the Samsung Odyssey Plus VR headset. Haven't had time to play around with it yet, but hoping its worth the purchase.

Rig Setup:
  • Next Level F1 GT Cockpit
  • ButtKicker (setup directly behind the seat)
  • Fanatec Clubsport V2.5 Wheel Base
  • Fanatec Clubsport V3 Pedals
  • Fanatec CSL Elite P1 (Xbox Compatiable Version)
  • 42" Samsung 4K TV

Sim Games:
  • iRacing (I try to stick to just one series to keep the costs down for the 8 week season - Currently competing/partipating in the BMW 12.0 Challenge with the M8 GTE)
  • Assetto Corsa
  • F1 2019

All of this is being ran by my AMD based PC running a GeForce RTX 2070 Super GPU.

For the comment above about preferring the real thing versus SIM. Me too. However, don't underestimate the value that a properly setup SIM brings to you to for the real world. Also, unlimited track time.

Does the 42" TV have a high enough refresh rate? Or does it not bother you at all?

I will take some more pics later but it was very simple. I bolted the rod caps directly to the block. I did not have to drill the block. I used the threaded holes for where the headbolts go to bolt the head on. I drilled the center of the rod cap so I can get a bolt through it. It was very simple to do.

Intersting. How much does iRacing cost?

I built my setup in March, but chose PS4 to race F12019 online with my friends. Now that I am enjoying GTS online racing more I'm thinking I should have gone PC to get iRacing. I plan on getting AC Comp when it comes out mid june for PS4. Thought I was missing out without iRacing.

It's a subscription service, and when you go up a license, you have to buy the new cars AND the new tracks. Most cars are $12 each, and most tracks are $15 each. I got a years worth of iRacing on their 50% off and it was $55. The standard price is good for all racing at the entry licenses, but as you get better and your ratings go up and you gain different class licenses, you will need to buy the cars and tracks in order to race the new classes.

Nice Porsche. I'm sure you get asked this a lot but was "9NEUN3" not available? A license plate that says "nine no three" is a bit strange.

Thanks and you are correct, but the pronunciation works so I'm good with it.

Updated my setup today So happy

I gave my old desk to my fiancé to use for work at home and I'm using her desk for the tower and a single monitor. It's a 24" but it will do for now. I do have a Rift S that I will start using more

Some excellent builds in here. Just getting into it myself, not sure if I want to put any real money into it. Just glad to get ideas from you all.

What are your favorite racing sims on PC at the moment?
