Anyone know what kind of grass this is? About to get rid of a huge tree and need to fill it.

This big 'o bish will completely cover the yard/path in leaves and bark within two days. Although it shades the house from afternoon sun, it's just too much.

Looks like tall fescue. Or like Texas said St Augustine?

lawn mowed. hey what grass is that growing? I like it a lot better than everything else. it's thin and soft to the touch. feels amazing on feet.

I did some digging, it might be a zoysia. It's hard to tell from the pictures honestly.

Just wanted to share that the propagation of hydrangeas worked just using the dig a hole, stick the branch in, bury it and put a brick to keep it down method. Very easy way to multiply your shrubs, plants without paying for more. The one I'm really surprised are the paniculatas as the only YouTube videos out there for propagation are the mop heads or big leafs.

For example here you see the Vanilla Strawberry hydrangea that's white in the middle

Here I removed the brick and you can clearly see the roots developing

Limelights are starting g to bloom and get huge!

Nikko blue but I guess I didn't put enough soil acidic to make it blue

I believe these are called summer hydrangeas

Anyone know what these are?

I never smell them lol. I'll have to check and report back on the aroma. I'm not sure what varieties these are since they were already here when I moved in
