I guess the dSLR draws attention. Then again, I get "randomly selected" for a cavity search every time I fly.

A good dentist can take care of those cavities for you.

Bird merge. This is a merger of 24 images shot a few seconds apart. Lots of bird activity at the feeder today. One thing that struck me when I was merging these images was how the birds seem to have favorite roosting spots. The areas that have birds in this image actually had lots of birds that would have overlapped, whereas the areas with no birds simply had no birds landing there for the whole span of time.

Now there's a well waxed car.

Do the yellow fogs work better?

We sometimes have that many. The pic below is not a merged image. This happens frequently in winter.

Thanks! I do still use it, but haven't in a while. I have a strange liking for vintage cameras.

Sweet, Matt! MY first camera (still have it) was a Yashica MG-1 with F2.8 45mm, vice your G's 1.7. Takes beautiful pictures for being such a simple camera.

Cheers
D.

Nice shot. I like the expressions on the horses. Tough to capture two animals at once and have them both looking at the camera.

One thing you may want to consider is resizing the image to 800x600 (or thereabouts) for posting. It'll upload and download much faster and won't require scrolling to see it all.

Nice. Sharp subject and sweet bokeh. You didn't just take that shot recently though, did you?
