Can you press charges against someone if they pushed you and grabbed you and it left a small bruise? Does it cost any money to do so? Im seriously scared of this kid.

costs money, but the profits of winning a case are much more if you win...but again, it depends on the case you're arguing for...

He's 21. Since he was kicked out my house last he's been texting me non stop but I have not responded to any of his texts. He's called my roommate looking for me and she has not given him any information about me. I just want him to go away. I dont even like this guy, I never did.

Ok so 3 hours later Im done test driving. I picked it up and brought it to BMW of Murray where my friend who is a technician drove it and did a thorough exam on it. It drives excellent. HOWEVER

Left Front Strut is leaking
Tires wont pass safety
Needs alignment

The carfax came back great HOWEVER they looked deeper into the BMW files at the shop and found the car has had the air bags replaced..yet they couldnt find where any repairs had been done to the exterior.
So either way its been wrecked

One of the sales guys at BMW of Murray wants me to come back on Saturday and test drive a car he has.. Its a 330 xi...

So no go on the one today.
