What Are You Sipping on Lately? (Spirits Thread)

Truly sipping. I was on a cruise. They brought the dessert menu. I found a platter called "Favorite Palate" that was 4 cheeses, 3 Ritz crackers, 2 dried apricots, and a small bit of honey comb. The port they listed wasn't available, "all" they had was a 20yo Spanish offering. Everyone else left the table and I sat for 20-30 minutes savoring every morsel with itty bitty sips. I started ordering the port at the casino table. Wish I knew what it was so I could track down a bottle.

If it was Spanish and Port-like, it may have been a PX - a Sherry made with Pedro Ximinez grapes. Good stuff.
