Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, they are not looking for any new investors. They are debt free and have $50+million in cash to expand. Urban-Gro is going to be valued above $180 million end of this year with all the new sales they have secured. Vanguard, Merrill Lynch and some “smaller” brokerages have jumped in and advising clients to add their stock to portfolios. You can simply buy stock as they are listed on Nasdaq under ticker name UGRO. Once they start competing these big projects, evaluations will shoot up. They also do stock holder phone calls and take Q/A. Very rare companies even do that anymore once they make it but they have a lot of passion in the company and really care about its stock holders. I never like recommending stocks I’m involved in as I don’t want to be the bad guy if it goes sideways but I know the company well and it’s direction. Also, if you look them up, they are not completing with anyone else which makes them a stand out player in massive grow facilities. The company has been really focused on big vertical vegetable/fruit grow centers in major cities that other companies can’t compete with on the same level. Meaning, smaller companies outsource with many different sub contractors making the process more difficult and slower for the client. Urban-Gro is all about having full control of the process under one roof. The other big advantage is the long term service end which they are hyper focused on. That is where the real money comes into play. This stock is a long term hold for me. I know some people are used to buying name brand stocks and roll eyes to anything they know nothing about, but it’s the companies who are making big impacts that simple investors don’t take them time to investigate. Granted, their name was blasted in Times Square yesterday on the Nasdaq screen 😎🥳 How many naysayers on her can say they have accomplished that 😊

😂 I am not sure if your being sarcastic or not but I’m guessing you are. Please, don’t send me your SSN, just your bank account user ID and password. This will make the process much faster for the both of us. 😎 In all seriousness, you can just buy stock on the open market. UGRO is ticker symbol. Long term hold but I will say and not say they could potentially be bought in the next two years by a VC group out of Palo Alto, CA from the word on the street once the company has enough clients and a valuation above $200million. 🙏🏻🤩 This would be significant as this particular group is the big dog in Palo Alto. This VC group does to not mess with a strong company structure but allows the company to operate as usual but provides them massive backing to truly expand and help bring in a powerhouse CEO to truly grow the business on a grand scale. This is why I call the stock a long term hold.

You’re thinking penny stocks. I take it you’ve never gone through the arduous process to get onto the Nasdaq or have been involved with a company that has. The top Senior staff continue to buyback stock. Pump and dump companies don’t do that. They do it because it will mean more control and better payoff when if/ they decide to sell. I’ve worked with many startups and many just end up on the premium penny stock and go no further but still are in business today. They just can’t get approved to list on the Nasdaq and those shareholders end up losing usually. Especially if a reverse split happens. The more you know, they better equipped you are. Tags lines screaming “pump and dump” is nothing more then a lack of investment knowledge. I’m retired at 45. What say you?

Yesterday actually blew the cobwebs of my M, touched 155 on a nice quiet deserted stretch I know coming back from the range.

mph, the car is limited to 155,a mate from the gun club was waiting at the other end of strip to phone warn in case the old bill would appear.
Wanted to test if there were any flat spots going up the rev range and it was perfect. |

Today is a good day by it is the first day I can truly walk without a cane or walker after hip replacement. 14 days on the nose!
Put this off for 2 years, and can’t wait to resume normal walking and life! |

Oh, OK. Now it makes sense that you said you hadn't left the house in 9 days. Glad you're feeling better.

Most days I consider my life to be extremely busy, very little sleep and I try to accomplish way too much in a given day. I stay stressed out and in a continual state of frustration based on other people's lack of effort, lack of communication, lack of understanding or lack of willingness to work with other people. This usually leaves me feeling like a time bomb ready to explode but I try to stay professional and reserved; keeping my thoughts to myself. This particular day, I have had bomb dropped in my lap that I have been avoiding. Today is the day that I finally unleash the dragon. Today will most likely be a very bad day for someone as the frustration is about to be released.
