If I had never gotten an iPhone, I'd probably still be...nope would still have an iPhone.

That said, old Nokia's are still my favorite devices. Long battery life. Simple OS. Always got signal!

Lol, my favorite thing about nokia is how epically they fucked it up. Other than Molotov's cocktail, I can't name a Finnish thing marketed right.

Sticking with Symbian instead of Android was a mistake. Apple and Google ethered them. High end Nokia hardware with Android would've been dope.

The problems started about 7 years before that. Sadly they ran out of bravery when it came to putting new inventions out. It wasn't just symbian, it was them thinking everyone else would stop developing new ideas just because they had a nice slice of the pie.

Yes they did! My street cred in the awkward and nerdy crowd took a huge hit. I was a cast out as soon as that hit the irc and I had to start talking people irl. It was horrible.

This jogged my memory. I remember this geek giving me some CDs--because my coworker gave me a free tower pc, but it was not powerful enough to run DOS 6.21. He said try this you'll like it, written on the discs were FreeBSD.

Hockey is simply the best sport, bar none. It encompasses so much, both physically and emotionally. Fred just doesn't get this....
