Not sure if you know, the band is named after the lead vocalist, Mark Slaughter. There are girls in the video you posted but there are no girls in the band. He does look feminine, though.

I'll read up on Slaughter to see what is going on there, from some quick catches I didn't follow up I've seen the band became rocky and may have broken up.
