Keep with what you can do. Keep calories down protein up, do interval on bike, doctor say anything about Coke or thyroid supplementation could help i heard..also try putting 4 rubbers on and getting off, cardio bro.

I'd take clenbuterol but can't cuz I use albuterol sometimes.

What about running a cutting cycle? Like 500mg Sus/week and 50mg var/day plus arimidex eod

Still though fuck it, muscle memory is where that comes into play. With your build, you could probably manage just 3 days at an hour a day splits. Might need at least 4 though, given muscle grouping.


Honestly only reason I've managed two a days is because of the freedom at my job and work hours. Anything could change, so I'm just gonna go in for this period. It's helping me balance things a lot, plus I can hit around 30-40 mins in the AM for free weights/machine work, 7 hours in between, then evening HIIT .
