Today I spent an embarrassing amount of money on a nice tool for installing the suppressor sights on my Glock. I was going to have a gunsmith install them for me, but my OCD would make me crazy if the sights weren't perfectly aligned.

I was at work today and during some downtime, I checked Texas Gun Trader. Noticed that the seller of this rifle had dropped the price by $75. We were able to coordinate a meeting time after I got off work in the evening, so I went for it. I was able to get him to drop the price a bit more. Yugo M48 with sling, 70 rounds of surplus ammo on clips, and a Yugo bandoleer. Totally unplanned, especially given that I picked up my M1903 yesterday lol.

Yup. All of my 30.06 ammo is USGI, so I know they’ll work fine with the rifle. My Garand has no issues with the ammo.

The instructor at yesterday's carbine class really drilled in my head that I'm failing by not having a weapon light on any of my long guns, so I pushed this need to the front of the line.

Cloud Defensive's new Rein series are really well priced when bundling with a mount and remote switch; plus I like what they're doing with their tail cap on this series. I went with the smaller "Micro" version. This will likely end up on my Benelli because I want a remote switch on my shotgun, but I'll experiment with it on my rifle too.

Is $900 a decent price for a springfield saint AR15?

There are a few places here that ship amno, probably easier then getting git across the border. I usually see 1000 rounds of 9mm for about $279+ Canadian which is about $50 US. .38/.357 seems to be in short supply which makes my bride sad....she want's to be prepped with what she's comfortable shooting. If I could load up on .357 I'd buy her a Henry .357 lever action just because she loves how smooth the action is.

Yes, that is a good price, especially right now. The particular model might change things, but I always check on gun.deals. before I buy anything.

https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/ST916556BMA

It will show you who has it in stock and start at the lowest price. It can also show who doesn't have it in stock and what they were charging. You can search by name of the gun, the UPC, or model number. Good luck!

The entire concept of a woman even having a firearm preference is completely foreign to me. You are blessed my friend.

She loves to shoot, she will drop head shots at 25 metres all day long with her S&W .357....I should probably worry right? She actually wanted a Python but I couldn't find one so I got her the Smith......, she loves old school stuff. Loves her Henry Golden Boy to. I want to get her a Henry in .357, makes it easier to grab ammo in the zombie apocalypse. I'll stick with my Semi's.

My wife shoots too, she worked with former FBI trainer recently. Liked her lil pea 22 LR, but her new S&W 9mm grew on her last time out lol.

Awesome! My fiancé loves to shoot! Kahr K9 9mm handgun, a super light AR I built her, and a 5.56 DMR setup rifle I built her, are her favorites. Its great to have a shooting and training partner as your partner
