Maybe 50s is the new 30s though. Lol. I know people in their late 30s that look about the same as me age-wise believe it or not. It just goes to show some people REALLY don't age well, especially Americans.

Exactly. I mean I see the same with some men in their late 40s and early 50s. I'm like WTF happened to you? Probably lived hard lives and maybe didn't take care of themselves as well as they could have. It's hard to say. I think genes play a role too. But back to the original point, smoking definitely accelerates unwanted aging as well as excessive consumption of booze.

Well, I think I quit smoking early enough - early 40s. But as you know, it's never good to start. Never drank excessively. I get regular checkups and I'm screened for cancer regularly as well. Due to get a colonoscopy this year. Gotta just keep fighting the good fight. Expect to live well in to my 80s. *Knocks on wood*

I've been busy!!! Some of us have more to do then get fed pills to keep us compliant and then get wheeled in front of a window to reminisce about the days of the Great Depression.

Also, she's busy. Catching up on shows and unwinding from working so hard.

Oh and as for bathroom time? Don't trip. I got you Depends for bathroom. I'd be more concerned with who I have hired to give you your sponge baths. You won't like it, lol
