I'm tempted to buy the directors cut on Blu Ray. It contains 15 minutes of extra footage they cut to avoid an NC-17 rating.

Ppl still buy physical media? I have 2 cases of dvds that are just wasting space. I love virtual, it's as I fantasized decades ago, no fussing around and it going bad. Instant.

I haven't in years, except the occasional special edition vinyl.

But as far as I can find, the only streaming version available is the theatrical release not the Director's Cut.

Looking forward to this one. Will watch when it comes to my TV, at a reasonable price.

Watched Emily the Criminal last night. Pretty decent movie, Aubrey Plaza’s performance was excellent.

For things where sound is super important and I want the highest def possible I do. maverick is way better on Blu-ray than stream and LOTR remastered is way better than anything stream for two examples.

Most everything I just do digital though.

Ya, I hear ya (no pun intended haha). I just can't be bothered nowadays, I haven't used my surround sound sys in ages and just stream stuff online.

Loved the actual movie... thought it was fun... but did anyone notice the major plotholes in this movie lol? it's as if the writers didn't think thru some obvious things

I won't spoil it for anyone but there are some things that happen in this movie that make 0 sense.

Yes but only 4K UHD DVDs... the quality still seems better than anything off of Netflix 4k HDR or Prime.

Yeah, definitely some major plot holes. But the movie overall was fun so I just cast them aside for the sake of entertainment.

I was very disappointed honestly. Sequels rarely live up to the hype, but I had high hopes given how great Knives Out was.

The first act of the movie in general was far too long and boring, with the middle of the movie being the best part, as well as Janelle Monae’s fantastic storyline. But towards the end it started getting a bit too hectic and unfocused.

I also found the storyline a little less interesting as it feels much less grounded in reality than the first Knives Out movie, which was more focused and had a fantastic commentary on social class as well. This one just felt a bit disjointed and overstuffed, and had some pretty cheese dialogue and writing as well.

I mean how did Miles just randomly be like ok, the person I just supposedly killed shows up w an uninvited detective randomly lol... that was so bad it would have ended the movie for me there lol.

Watched Bullet Train on Netflix. Enjoyed every second of it, never lost my interest and had plenty of twists. Funny as well.

I watched half of it and gave up. A bunch of hitmen beating each other on a train and talking fast. Meh...
