Definitely frosty on the grass and car windows here too. Too lazy to dig out the scraper so I let a couple squirts of the washer fluid do it's thing for this light frost lol.

The forecast here for the next 7+ days is sunny, flirting with record highs late in the week. The overnight low today was 41.9 F per my weather station.
Meanwhile, at our tree farm 750 miles to the south, the overnight low was 36.1 F per the new remote weather station that I installed there last week. Go figure! I'm waiting to see which dips below freezing first.....

It got pretty close to 68F (20C) this afternoon. Glad my winter tires are on....
And there's an absolute deluge of lady bugs today for some reason. |

Beautiful here in PA. Mid 70 and sunny. BUT trillions of Coccinellidae / Lady Bugs have infested everything.
Tried to get some much need landscaping done but the little buggers drove me inside. They taste really bad. Klaus Schwab is full of it "you will eat zee bugs". |

Here's what my week looks like: mild, some clouds and rain, with a little sunshine mixed in for good measure. Rained a bit yesterday morning.

If it wasn't for chance of rain this would be perfect for late October.
The average daytime / night-time temperature for a 26th of Oct is 42°F / 34°F |

We were supposed to have sun for the past three days... Guess what? Anyway it didn't rain today and my lawn maintenance contractor was able to do the last mow of the year. Another soggy system for tomorrow.

We're transitioning from mid-September temps over the past week to early-December temps starting on Monday. Averages mean little in SW Ohio at this time of year.

Our first freeze was this morning: 26F. Forecast to have several such lows in a row.
Our Great Pyrenees is probably out there thinking "Finally some decent weather!"

We are still on the plus side, actually way above it for late October.
A hour short of midnight and it's still above 60°F. |

Looks like summer is over here as well. Yesterday's high was just shy of 80 F, and we'll be lucky to see 50 F with rain here today.
Meanwhile, it is currently 64 F and sunny down at our tree farm in SC, with a forecast high of 84 F today. There is a mid-week dip with highs only in the mid-50's F forecast, before highs return to around 70 F late in the week.....
