So I had this plan. The wife is working some long days of mandatory OT and I know she loves chicken Marsala so I'm going whip some up and have it ready

I'm struggling finding Marsala in the local store, but went ahead and picked up some chicken. No mushroom available. WTF???

I was planning it all out, but karma was trying to dissuade me, because I forgot she was going straight from work to bingo

Tonight I have to pull the stove, and we begin the effort to put in new hood before the guy comes to tile the entire backsplash area, and hopefully the new stove gets installed before I have to make pumpkin pies and cook a 25lb turkey Wednesday night. . .

But I will find a nice Marsala bottle and/or sherry for the week after.
