ive always had problems with 2 of my workers bc they dont want to be told what to do by someone younger then them, so now today i have so much to do, they decide to play their games, soon i will be handing them both pink slips.. i cant run a company like this, and thats what ima tell my boss...

I have that problem as well.... im 24 and the next person up in my team is like 33 and shes not even a cpa yet... its really annoying to deal with and usually the animosity continues because even though theyre older... theyre acting like children...

its from my strain a couple days ago.. i guess its swelled and now its affecting my blood flow

Kindergarten teachers do not have to put up with as much childishness as one finds in the corporate world.

yea but my problem is diff, im higher up then they are and they hate that fact.. im gonna give him one more chance for today, if he doent do it im gonna send him home and not pay for the rest of the day...now i have to go out and do his work, and i already have to come into work tommorow bc i have so much paper work..

yea have you been icing it, try icing it during the day and putting a heating bad on it at night before you go to sleep, and try and not to lift, otherwise you will just bother it more...
