There wasn't any actual HDR treatment, through Photomatix or Photoshop. It was a Lucis Art filter that emulates HDR, coupled with a few Lightroom brush adjustments like exposure and clarity.

That looks like the inside of the Cloud Gate. I have the same shot. lol

Indeed it is! I have the same shot taken at night, too...

The concavity of it offers a nice distortion.
