Ah, you're clicking the wrong button. I think the language flags aren't in your cache yet. But it should be under the twitter button and above the text "ga naar", 3 flags (Dutch, English and German).

Cool, thanks for posting that!
It sounds amazing. I just don't like the look of Alpinas. It is a personal thing I suppose.

The Alpina D3 is a very good car I am sure, but I cannot abide with the cheapy looking front air dam, the silly rear boot spoiler, the non M Sport steering wheel, those million spoke chariot wheels but most of all those vulgar protruding afterthought exhausts which look so incongruous. Therefore, I for one would prefer an sDrive 330d or 335i in M Sport style.
And, if you wish for similar acceleration, the jacked up 335d M Sport would be a better bet IMO. And to top it all, you'll save some good money with any of the above over the Alpina D3.

The D3 isn't much more expensive than a 335d xDrive. The D3 has more options standard than a 335d. And your warranty will be gone when you tune it, I guess. Both great cars I think! |

Oh, and the Sunday Times says it's got an 8 speed manual in the Specification Table! The reviewer should be shot for allowing such a mistake!

Agreed on the appearance of Alpinas with the 80s looking stickers and nightmare-to-clean alloys etc etc....
Would love the mechanics, but do not like the appearance.

No, I only said that it's more exclusive, which I can appreciate.

I can't even afford a new 318d, so that won't be a problem now..

I'm not a fan of the decals or the front spoiler, but I love the wheels! Especially the more modern take on the classic multi-spoke ones.

I wouldn't want to swap my M Sport steering wheel for the Alpina one but the rest I could live with
The price comparison with the 335d MS is a little flattering given the discounts available for the MS over those likely to be available on the Alpina.
