^With birks, but that’s a given. Talking shoes.
For me it’s addidas typically but always looking for other options - not quite ready to wear sketchers - but brooks Id like to try as well. Vans are pretty comfortable as well as Sperry’s. |

Got a pair of Hokas the other day - went with the Mach 5s. Super comfy. They’re not ultra plush like some of their other models, but plenty enough for me and some hour+ runs.

Nike Pegasus Trail 4 GoreTex.
There is not another shoe on the market which compares if you are looking for overall comfortability and versatility. Far better than all of the other options mentioned |

Nice enough looking profile, but does the wearer get royalties for advertising?

I replaced Skechers slip ons with OrthoFeet Yari slip ons for around the house.
New Balance 840 with Pure Stride insoles for walking, errand and casual going out (like a an auto show). I also like Brooks. Hate Nike for my wide feet. Allen Edmonds casual shoes for going out to dinner and Allen Edmonds dress shoes for business / more formal going out.

HOKA Bondi 8 is insanely ultra plush cushioned. It feels as if you’re walking on a pilllow. It cured my knee pain and I’m a nurse

Eccos have been my favorite for comfort for many years. But, Sketchers have entered my life when I got a pair of slip-ons for Christmas. I've bought 4 more pair since then. They are really comfortable.
For dress shoes, Johnston & Murphy have been my favorite over the years. For hiking there is only one shoe for me: Merrell Moab. I buy a new pair ever year for grip on some of the crazy trails I hike. The older pairs get relegated to yard work or walking shoes. |

A picture (from the web) of my Skechers Arch Fit Banlin slip ons. All black. Very comfortable, relaxed feel. I bought several pairs. Great for flat feet. My everyday shoes.

Been doing a lot of walking lately - underestimated how healthy a walk is after meals. Gives my 4 yr old and I one on one time too.
Curious about the pegasus - looks like they are on sale - but typically nike is also too narrow for my feet which are also wide. But definitely the best looking imo. I will try them though. If I go up a half size to 12 they are normallly ok in width but a bit long. Gonna try the hokas and brooks too. Thanks for these suggestions! |

I love my DC shoes. Been wearing them for years, they hold up the best and are the most comfortable for me. They are all I will wear outside of work. Whether I'm working out, riding ATVs, mowing, operating farm equipment, etc, they seem to hold up the longest before coming apart. I hate wearing boots, and only wear them when using a chainsaw, or my riding boots for dirt bikes.

New Balance. You can get them in different widths to match your feet. I wear a size 12 and they always make something that fits.

I like to wear these... All bird tree loungers. Super comfortable, very lightweight and low profile... almost like wearing socks outside but with extra protection on the bottom. No need to tie any shoe laces. The flexibility and compactness also makes them excellent driving shoes - I get much more clutch pedal feel through them.

I have these All birds as well. Super comfortable for sure but I have high arches hence the custom orthotics. These are more around the house lounge shoes… more like slippers for me.

I recently tried some Asics Nimbus and Cumulus shoes. The Cumulus fits me better in the toe box whereas the Nimbus was a bit tight. Tried them around the house and returned them because they both ran a bit hot. My feet run warm and the shoes don’t breathe as well with all the gel and padding.
I really like Mizuno Wave Inspire and some Adidas shoes. Looking for something that’s functional, comfy to use for traveling (walking a lot), stylish, and airy. Any recommendations? Not a fan of shoes with really thick soles. |
