They call him an amateur skater, but if he has sponsors, that makes him a semi-pro in my book and should be made an example on how to deal with stuff like this.
I mean if he has sponsors, its because he has media exposure. That means that people are following him. If kids see him do this, and see him get away with it, they might think its OK behaviour.
