yeah I hear TT has asked for a striker and another central defender, I feel our defence is in better order than our strikers currently. Another rumor is Lewandowski is unhappy with contract talks in Bayern but not sure how that one will play out.

I didnt even think about Mateo Kovacic, what an unsung hero, he is definitely missed at the centre of the park!

I also heard TT say that Kante is having an issue with his achilles and could be ruled out for Saturday

That was very disappointing. As usual, Chelsea couldn't capitalize on their opportunities. They have to play LC again in a few days for a regular PL match. Chelsea absolutely must win that in order to stay in the top 4.

This was a big disappointment, what a weird starting 11, Reece James should have been playing wing back not defense. And jorghino slowed the play down way too much!

Seriously. Man they're missing Kovacic big time. Tuchel should have brought in Pulisic earlier. Ziyech wasn't doing a whole lot IMO. I agree about Reece James, that was just an odd strategy. Azpilicueta cannot serve balls into the box like James. Sigh.

They still control their destiny for PL and more importantly they can still win the Champions League!!

You're right! Ziyech is either on or off no in-between. I thought Kovacic would have played! Kante with another amazing performance. I hope this was a trial run for championships league final and resting players for the upcoming premier League game.

Well at least Chelsea got a bit of revenge yesterday.
They were super aggressive and dominant throughout the entire match. However, as usual, they should've had a few more goals! I'll take the win though.

I was happy to see that plus I liked watching Rudigier assert some physicality! One step closer to champions league! One more game left, I honestly think liverpool may leap frog Leicester for the last champions league spot.

Yeah Rudiger was the man! He doesn't back down from anyone and provides Chelsea with some toughness for sure. BTW, I'm sure you were as pleased as I was regarding the return of Kovacic. Having said that, I'm concerned about Kante's health. He too is a critical part of the team and he's probably their best player when it comes to pursuing the ball and making up for other players' mistakes.

Fingers crossed they can win the ultimate game which is the Champions League Final!! If they pull that off, it will more than make up for the FA Cup.

Yes we need that toughness and it was great to see Kovacic back in the lineup! I heard Kante wasn't injured but he was worried about his hamstring, we definitely need him healthy!

Can't believe both Chelsea and Leicester bottled it today... Liverpool has unbelievable luck, apart from injuries to their defenders. Mane had 9 goals in 2,700 minutes and managed to put 2 in during the last game of the season...

Hope we get to put them in their place again next UCL

I've read rumors that we offered Tammy Abraham, Kepa and Hudson Odoi plus cash for Harry Kane. With him we could really be a force! We still need a prolific goal scorer as we missed too many opportunities yesterday!

Yeah I read that too but it's doubtful they'll be able to get Kane. Tottenheim I think has to approve of any trade and it seems Chelsea is their hated crosstown rival. Ironic considering it was them that helped push Chelsea into the Champions League for next season.

Honestly I wish Tuchel would play Hudson Odoi rather than Werner. The guy is ALWAYS offside and it's aggravating to watch. Yeah he hustles but he needs to put the ball in the back of the net for a change. Every time I've seen Hudson Odoi on the pitch the team is energized. I said this in a separate post but I wish they'd get rid of that bonehead Jorginho. I also heard rumors Chelsea want to go after Declan Rice, but man what I'd give to see Harry Kane in blue, lol.

And you are right about jorghino so irritating watching him play! Hudson Odoi needs more minutes but I find he's too inconsistent which could be due to lack of minutes.

Um...hello. United fan here. And we have just beat Wolves. No great feat but we have a 1 game winning streak.

While you lucked your way into a UCL final, we have gotten to the Europa League final on true merit and will be playing on Wednesday.

True merit, lol. Hey if Thomas Tuchel had been the manager since the beginning of the season, they could have very well competed for the top spot in the PL. They only lost 3 games under his leadership since he joined. Look out next season!
