What are you going to use those hangars up top for? Also you should put some more lighting on the outside/inside! It really changes up the place at nighttime

I added more lighting today. I had to go out and scrounge some more copper first...

Not really sure about the hangar. I may scrap it and build more levels... See if I can make a Skyscraper

How do I attract more settlers? I built a beacon but I only have 9 people...

Yeah I am constantly looking for copper lol when I sell guns and shit to traders they typically dont have enough money to pay me so I buy anything with copper, aluminum, and other rare-ish materials from them

As long as the beacon is turned on, just go do some missions, once you come back you should have about 11. Once at desired level just turn off the beacon.

Make sure you have plenty of beds, water and food and they will come

show me this lighting!! I will have to take a better quality vid of my place at night

I picked up the Pipboy Edition for my Xbox one. I am a huge fallout fan and have been very impressed with Fallout 4 so far. I am only at level 22 so far but have really been enjoying the game.

Been playing pretty much non-stop whenever I'm not at work, haha.

Haven't built much yet though, mostly just exploring and modding weapons.

Same here, I get side tracked too easily by groups of super mutants and raiders and feel the need to kill them all

I've modded some armour and a couple of my guns but haven't done anything to my power armour yet... Only just found a few spare cores recently so haven't really been using it.

I'm new to all this so I'm sure there's lots I should be doing that I don't know about or stuff I'm doing wrong. For instance, I just found my first bobblehead!

I haven't found any traders yet...

How far into the game are you? and what level?

Fallout 4 for sure has less traders than New Vegas or 3 had. But still plenty of shops once you get into diamond city and with the brotherhood.

I'm level 12ish... Haven't gone to diamond city yet and although I have the invite I haven't gone back and joined the brotherhood yet. Wanted to finish off some of the earlier quests first...

Don't worry, you'll figure it out as you go. Also keep in mind that you don't necessarily have to find a settlement to find a trader. Every once in awhile you'll stumble upon a caravan that is travelling between settlements - I find that these guys tend to have more good stuff.

Interestingly I find myself not using the power armor much vs. the previous games since it burns through cores. I think I've only taken it out once since the initial Minutemen mission.

You are still in the beginning stages of the game, right now you just gotta scavenge the wasteland for what you can. Things will open up more as you move along and rank up.

I love the power armor because it allows you to jump off the room of a building and take no damage.. That clank and jolt you get when you land is pretty cool, as is the surprise on the faces of the raiders when you start to cut em down with your gatling gun.

Dude...same here lol, I have literally not gone a night without playing. Im going to Pittsburgh this weekends so I will be forced to take a break -_-

Have you settled at the drive in movie theater yet? there is a diner inbetween that and sanctuary, the lady Trudy there is a merchant

I try to grab it anytime I know I am going into a battle and am unsure how large it will be. I used it at the Car Factory and it was extremely helpful, plus I could jump off the top of the building after
