Wonderlic (Practice) Test Results:

37 and I rushed it.

Does that mean I should be at Lucas Oil Stadium now?

That depends on many factors, one of which is whether your 40 time is better than Rich Eisen's or not.

So Rodgers is supposed to make a decision this week. This guy will go down as easily top 5 regular season QB’s of all time but jeez, the drama he brings to Packer fans having them on pins and needles for the past two off-seasons is getting old. Is he really worth all this drama despite only 1 championship?

Again, I would love to have him on the Giants but even Eli overachieved with two super bowl victories.

Hey, how many years did Packer fans go through this with Favre? Gonna retire? Yes? No? Maybe?
What I would honestly love to see is Rodgers make a big announcement about how he DECIDED to stay in Green Bay, then the next day the Packers announce he's been traded.....gimme those draft picks!!

He has two more years on his deal and he wants to renegotiate to be the highest paid in the league? If he's such a great teammate, how many teammates will get cut, have to take a pay cut or simply sign with another team to accommodate his desire? The rumor mill says the Titans are on his list, God help us if that happens. If he's such a great player, why does he only have one Super Bowl win?

Rodgers has 1 year left on his deal....thats why something has to be done now. Packers are certainly not going to let him walk for nothing at end of next season. And the RUMORS that he wants to be the highest paid player in the league? Back to back MVPs and hes currently the 8th highest paid QB. I suppose you've never heard of Peyton or Brady insisting that they be the highest paid in the league or they wouldn't play? Brady got a lot of props late in his career for taking team friendly contracts. And well deserved. But not many top QBs have ever done that.
And the age old question, why hasn't Rodgers won more SBs? Because he plays for the Green Bay Packers. It's called a team game.... Until this year they haven't have anything above an average defense since they won the SB in 2010. The former GM constantly screwed them up with his drafting and not signing FAs. Now after saying that, I think he was the main reason they lost to the Niners this past season and I think he will only decline from here. So trade him for as much as you can and move on.

It's a bit early to tell but from the little that anyone has seen of Love I doubt he will ever be a starter anywhere. REALLY bad draft choice....and to actually trade up to pick a guy most teams had as a 2nd or 3rd rounder?

Well, I dunno what the official language says.....maybe there is an "option" for the team or the player. But I've seen number of reports that his last year was voided by both parties consent last year. There wouldn't be all this uproar if Packers knew he was under contract for 2 years.

Yeah, both Sporting News and NFL Network say Rodgers is on his last year of contract.....the previous final year was voided during a renegotiation last spring.

Damn Calvin Ridley. $1500 for one year suspension??!!

It's asinine though. He bet on the Falcons winning. What was he gonna do? Win harder?
I don't even think he was playing at the time lol. Stupid on both sides. NFL doesn't allow players to bet on themselves but lord knows how many 0's they're raking in with those sweet sweet casino dollars, lol.

I can see 2-4 game suspension but jeez, a full season? Goodell is in BED with anything to do with sports gambling, IN BED!!!

So I guess later on today we’ll find out about Rodgers. And he decided a long time ago, yet he feels that since he’s the best thing since the s52, he’s entitled to make everyone wait on his terms.

He basically takes the year off for mental health reasons and then thinks it's alright to use the Caesar App to place a few bets. The NFL is all in on the betting industry but forbid their employees, team employees and players from placing bets. It's all about the integrity of the game, no it's all about the money it takes in from all the sponsors. I'd be interested in what Calvin has to say about his situation both on the field and off.

I truly wish we would either:

Trade Zeke, D Law, Connor Williams (penalty machine) Tyrone Smith (too injured and overpaid).
Or cut them.
I would NOT release Cooper. This is just idiocy. He's one of the best route runners and his big and quick.
I don't see the infatuation with Gallop.

The #Packers and MVP QB Aaron Rodgers have agreed to terms on a 4-year, $200M deal that makes him the highest paid player in NFL history, sources say. He gets a whopping $153M guaranteed and his cap number goes down. A monstrous commitment by GB for years to come. 💰 💰 💰

Wondering how Bears, Lions and Vikings fans are feeling

It will be interesting to see the cap hit and whether or not they tag Adams or offer him some form of deal worth staying long term.

I’ll say he’ll pull the same crap again after the 2nd year.

He was pretty stand up about it.

Don't think there's too many avenues. Either own it or double down and place a bigger bet.

With the space created with Rodgers deal, Adam's will get hit with the tag this season.
