Spray foam insulation

New standard in southern Ontario is R60, I had a company do blown insulation for a couple thousand, they blew it on top of existing insulation.

Make sure your brick work is pointed properly mice can sneak in the smallest spaces

Depends if u use closed or open cell. I did attic 2 inch closed cell and open cell after that to make R38 I think. It was $7k
