belly fat
This issue reminds me of the current federal deficit problems.
Is it too many calories (Expenses) or is it not enough income (exercise)?

Or diet tonic water. Not as tasty as regular, but a lot fewer calories.
Or grow a pair and drink vodka with....just vodka

If you're serious about losing the gut, you need to stop drinking so much.
I will have maybe 3 beers every 2 months, usually at some sort of party/event. That's it. I stay away from mixed drinks, as they are mostly sugar. I will usually just go with a beer. Rum and coke is just awful. Soda is bad if you're trying to watch your weight, and adding alcohol doesn't make it any better. What is fun about getting stone-faced drunk and either making a fool of yourself or forgetting what happened? I used to think it was fun in college, but now I realize it's just more trouble than it's worth. Excessive consumption is not good, so those suggesting you stop drinking during the week and binge on the weekend are wrong. Just cut your overall consumption. Calories in must be less than calories out to lose weight and burn fat. So if you don't want to stop drinking as much, then you need to start working out more.

You dont need to cut drinking at all just exercise and make sure the erst of your diet is spot on. 75% of what you look like is due to your eating habits.

Just stop eating, so then you free up all those calories for more beer.

Fruit juices are mostly sugar. Just as much sugar as sodas and gatorade drinks.
