We won't know the behind-the-scenes talk but you have to question (from both parties) why you wouldn't or don't want to pair Max with Carlos. The only thing is if you know you have a junior driver you're just waiting to promote.

It's time to replace Checo ASAP ..
IMHO. Nico Hulkenberg aka The Hulk is the right #2 Red Bull driver to replace Checo .

I'd like to see Yuki get a shot just because he is younger. Couldn't hurt anything for RB to find a nice stable #2 that could be around for more than a few years.

Or pick a driver who's style is most similar to Max.

I'm pretty sure , they'll give Yuki a chance to test him in the Silverstone benchmark time .

Lawson failed to run the RB benchmark time ,Lawson was too slow (!)

Of course, the forgotten German, maybe but Horner will delay hoping for a miracle from Serge while the loads of cash rolls in from Slim targeted sponsors...might just decide f* the constructors if it comes to the crunch with more wind tunnel time so long as MAX keeps standing on the others and crushes LEW & LAN

We'll know after Spa, Hulk must have some sort of exit clause in his contract with Bearman then slotting in, trying to work out what will happen is like looking for a needle in a haystack right now.

Charlie vs LEW in '25 wow should be quite a knockout match every race, how are they going to get a competitive car together even with LEW's knowledge from January the 1st while looking for a chief aerodynamicist/tech chap, then the build with presentations a few weeks away, they don't just appear from a jobs to do list LOL

They should come up with something a bit better for Hungary, must have some more spare floor and s/pod combinations stashed away somewhere with increased wing for this twisty track with one decent straight.
