What's the weather is looking like for everyone else??
Aside from Lavar Ball I always hear great things about Chino. Closest I've been is Newport Beach. Home prices seem reasonable in Chino compared to the rest of LA too. SoCal is my dream place to settle down. Perfect weather all year-round and endless stuff to do. Best place to be a car enthusiast as well.

I split time between Seattle and a midwestern city. Both have sh*t weather. Seattle is is PERFECT during the the 3-4 summer months though. No humidity, not a cloud in the sky, rarely above 85 degrees, and just breathtaking scenery. Unfortunately when mid-October hits you are screwed.

Chino is a great community!!! Fun place to be a car enthusiast for sure. Endless things to do and endless places to enjoy food, etc... Yeah, I'm sure that those perfect Seattle months are nice .
