Don't do anything rash. Try to document everything that is happening. Hold out and seek vengeance. The whole company (management and owner) are at fault for not providing you with a safe working environment. The boss knows you are having problems with the manager but seems to blow you off, and HR isn't doing anything either. I would make sure to talk to an attorney and sue the shit out of everyone. They deserve it. With every action, comes an equal and opposite reaction. If you don't solve this problem, they're only going to harass the next new guy, and so forth until someone mans up and does something about it.
Make sure they don't know what you're up to. Don't hook him up with a tranny; as much fun that'll be in the short run, you can do much better. Also, make sure you work the full 3 months so there's no chance you're still on probation. I would also try to find out the back story to why your manager is being paid under a different name. Sounds like lots of shady and illegal shit is going on. Keep your eye on the prize, buddy. They've fucked with you and now it's your turn to return the kindness. |

Lower and Middle Management types are simply parasites.
I used to work at a large video game studio, and the "producers" were the only ones who produced nothing.

This is where you fucked up.
You SHOULD have tooken actions the first time and not wait around. Because of your poor actions, the manager has learned to take advantage of you and make you his little bby bitch (Not trying to make fun of you) but you get my point. If this was me, I would probably confront him in front of everyone, even customers. I have a loose temper but thats me. In reality, every fone now has a voice recorder, so use it. Sve it on your fone and go home and upload it so you dont lose anything. But you have to get a lawyer or talk to one atleast and see how many recordings you need and what he has to say for you either to get him fired or sue him. To go the cheaper and smarter way. Take one or two recordings. Save them. Write a nice fancy letter or get someone to do it for you. Go ahead and send it to your Boss's address or office and let him/her know that their business license is in stake and they can lose their business to the government and this will affect the credit score, banking, loans, business license. Trust me, me and my dad know this. We deal with idiots all day. By doing this, the BOSS will have no choice to save the business and reputation and mmoney and get rid of this moron. Try doing a background check on the business, land, license, etc.. so you can handle it in a way you can control it.

So let me get this straight.
He works at the company yet gets paid under a different name. He doesn't really do anything when he is there. You complained to the big boss but she does nothing. You are in New Jersey. Is he Italian? Is it waste management? |

Some states require you inform the person you are recording the conversation before you record it and if you don't you commit a crime and can be quite likely prosecuted. New Mexico is one of those states, wouldn't be surprised if Jersey was too.
Do not record and try and blackmail, it will backfire and you will be looking at a felony. Do not call in prostitutes for him, it will backfire and you will be looking at soliciting charges, your name will make the paper and your parents will be so so proud. Don't ask 20somethings on a forum what to do, see a lawyer, they went to law school and know your rights and legal standing in your state, they might also text you and call you a tall young hot nymph all for about $100 - well worth it IMHO! |

All you have to do is document these events, then file a case against the company.
I believe you want to file under sexual harassment and hostile work environment. You can get some good money. Although I don't know if you can only do this if HR refuses to do something. It's worth looking into though. |

This. grow a pair and man up dude. Document all the alleged harassment by audio or video recording or both. Document every time you complain to HR about the manager, etc, etc. As long as you do not do anything illegal or out of line where they could justify firing you, then they have no legs to stand on. Contact the local "7 on your side." There's plenty of ways to handle it, you just can't be a vag about it because you're worried you might lose the job if you speak up.

+1. Man the fuck up. My last job my manager was replaced by some nerd who dropped my hours down from 40 a week to 10 to 0. For no reason at all, he just wanted to hire his friends. I came in took my check, and cursed that *** out and pointed out all the wrong things he did. He was speechless. But unfortunately for you, youre job wasnt minimum wage haha.
