Jones is obviously still a terrific back, but will be 30 by next season. Very unlikely he can play a full season anymore. It's why GB let him go.

Yeah, and they're gonna have Sam Darnold as starting QB.
One of the reasons Jones was so dynamic end of season /playoffs is because he missed half the season with various injuries. Pretty fresh in December.....he's a terrific back but an even better person. Packers will really miss his leadership.

I really hope Darnold is only the starter for a few games because our newly drafted rookie QB is ready to go. That is a lot to ask but why can't the Vikes get lucky with their 1st round pick?

What, and get to better than .500 and make it thru the first WC round?????

So, we did actually get someone besides linesmen? I don't pay that much attention, and don't have patience to click on every ESPN update.

But I DID wipe the front Vikings roundel on my truck this morning!

Here is what signings I'm aware of:

Running back- Aaron Jones
QB- Sam Darnold
Edge Rusher- Jonathan Greenard
Linebacker- Blake Cashman
Outside LB/edge rusher- Andrew Van Ginkel

Next up is drafting our future QB. I don't see us being very competitive for the next couple seasons, and especially with the Lions and Packers being better teams. 2026 will be our year!!

I really hope he does get put on the Kennedy ticket as his VP running mate. If this means that I never have to hear Cris Collinsworth gush over Rodgers on Sunday night football I am all about this.

I mean when he’s done with the VP job, he could sign with the Vikings…they are great at signing former Packers.

Wow, lots of teams drafted QB's in the 1st round. How many of them will pan out to be decent in the NFL? It should be fun to watch. The Broncos win an award for having the most cartoon character looking QB's. Bo Nix looks like a fighter from Double Dragon; Zach Wilson looks like a disney character. Lol.
