I can’t remember Lewis’ biggest fan but he’s been awfully quiet for the past 3 years. I wonder if he still thinks the car has very little to do with winning and it’s really to do with Hamilton’s skill.

FP1 due soon and here are the odds on who will win, no prizes for guessing who is the favourite at 1.70 with Checo next at 8.0 and Charlie pipping LEW for third at 11.0.

I know it's just FP(2), but Albon was the only British (ok, partly British) driver in the top10....
In FP1 NOR accompanied him in the top10

And Charles...had technical problems, so no laps for him in FP2...

Max tops both FP's with Carlo just 22 thousandths down on him in FP2 as Albon is flying in 3rd on Williams's 800th Grand Prix. Charlie was sidelined from FP2 with an electric problem, Magnetti Crapelli.
Some drivers were not very complimentary on the new pirelli's with Merc struggling for grip, oh well gives Wolff another reason to have another moan at RBR as well as the Russell boy too.

Charlie's Ferrari had non-stop electrical issues , it reminds me the oldtimer Alfa's with the dash lights flickering like a Chrismas tree

The Merc's got a new ugraded front wing .
