60 ish. Exercise really helps you reduce stress. I mean even if it's only 15 minutes of cardio after work at home, or on the weekends, do something you lazy mofo.

Usually 48 if I measure it when I wake up. I had a heart attack a while back and they gave me beta blockers and it dropped to the low 20's. That concerned them.

5'4"
49 years old I work out in some capacity 7 days a week Weight training every other day Very low body fat percentage (132 lbs) All my numbers are fantastic RHR is high 60's, low to mid 70's. I really thought that working out would lower it considerably, but it didn't, I just rarely get to low 60's. |

Mine was between 35 and 40 but that is when I am running 60-70 miles a week. HR is all based on overall diet, excercise and sleep. Work on those 3 things and you will see it drop.

That's some decent mileage! Especially if it's every week. Do you run marathons? Ultras? Or do you just really like running?

Right there with you bud. I'm always at least 75 to about an 85 on avg. Im 6 ft 1.5 and about 240 lbs so I'm not like ridiculously out of shape or anything.
I eat moderately healthy, I don't run but I bike about 25 miles a week. Always doing yard work around the house, chasing the baby etc. Wonder if that's just genetics or what?
