Omega 3 eggs. Chicken eggs, not fish eggs.

by looking at the size of the pills, 3 of these counts as a meal already

The peroxide level determines the freshness and quality of the fish oil (assuming all other contaminants such as PCBs, pesticides, and heavy metals have been removed - Nordic Naturals uses distillation to do this). If your burps are fishy, this means your fish oil pills are becoming rancid. In other words, oxidation has taken place, forming higher levels of peroxides. These peroxides can have negative physiological effects.

Thanks for the tip..

Several years ago, I started getting a rash and never could figure out the cause (tried different soaps, and detergents - even quit swimming bc chlorine made it worse). Finally one doc said there is a natural drying of skin as we age - and fish oil is the only thing that works for me. Normally 2 per day work but in the drier winter air I sometimes have to double that.

Never had a problem with burps myself.

I think the natural drying of tissue (like spinal disks) can be reduced with fishoil also. But thats just my swag.
