Ive been messing with weighted pull-ups and it's going not bad. I can do 5x5 with 35lbs and I'm trying to get up to a 45lbs in the next week or two. we will see

I would rather have perfect form and go really slow on the eccentric doing 4 sets of 10. But, mix it up and have fun, that’s always the best route. What’s your height/weight? How long can you hang from pull-up bar? I’m 6’2 195, 2 min hang. |

I am not sure how long I can hang. I will have to try that but I would imagine pretty long time. I have back and biceps today maybe I'll try and see today. I prob will be pretty shot at the end of my workout but I'll give it a shot. I dont want to do it in the beginning bc i want to stick to my program

If you're injury free, nothing better than pull ups to fire up those lats.

OP, you need to modify it to "what WEIGHT stop doing..."
At 5.10, 200 I'm well over that limit.
