Funny coincidence..but all of a sudden I'm told the UPS claim has been approved, and the restocking fee only applies to undamaged parts in my order. The truth is the parts I ordered were a set of M4 GTS taillights, the two main housings on either side were damaged. The smaller units arrived safely.
She told me to ship her the other un damaged lights when I get back for a 20% restocking fee, and apparently the PayPal refund fee has vanished. She's not charging me a restocking fee on the damaged lights (why thank you sooo much). I'm still going to lose some $$ but this seems like the most reasonable and easiest option Thanks for the help/direction on this one..definitely won't make the same mistake in the future. I think this a good time to move on the Porsches tho |

I used to work for a national wholesale consumer electronics distributor and have seen tens of thousands of dollars a month in broken TVs. You can?t inspect your deliveries enough before signing.
