i could eat chicken breast and fresh broccoli every day. i love it .

also egg whites for breakfast, a protein shake snack or maybe a small bowl of plain spinach.

my cheat food is Pizza and buffalo wings when im drinking tons of beer.

6' 170 and i could still lose a few. enjoy life. smoke weed every day.
sex is the best exercise.

At 18%, thats a lot of fat on you. I've had to measure fatties in the military above 20% and thats definitely not a fun job. At least you arent there yet.

2 out of the 3 meals I eat daily are with lots of greens, but since I have a high metabolism, usually lunch has a lot more calories so I can maintain my weight.

You should go for some like prime rib or something similar. But if those are the only three options then pizza would be the best for you.

dude nice post, i went throu some diet past 2 years starting from eating tuna and wheat bread ,then lots of gym activity i was exactly where you are on numbers but possibly 60% body fat lol.You must have some strong lift now.
