I’m there for an i3 Touring.
BMW will make the future (EV) and the past (ICE) in the next 3. So glad the EV will not share an antiquated, compromised platform with an ICE dinosaur.

Those kidneys look like they may be going back to the 1970’s t2002 era …narrow, with horizontal slats either side. Other than that it looks too tall/semi-suv for my liking. 🤢

I know. Really wish I’d be able to get a wagon without a stupid space wasting central hump.

Present company echoes your words of wisdom and is patiently waiting for the production version to be revealed.

Kinda disappointed, shape looks way more like a regular 3 series sedan than the cool little concept

Going to be cautiously optimistic. We can get a 3er that it’s meant to be, or we can get something like the 2er Gran Coupe - that too had the BMW sport sedan silhouette…only to be bastardized in its final form. This is giving me that same vibe.
But fingers crossed… |

THANK you - it literally has fake body panels bolted on as well as non-production headlights/tailights. How do some of you still not know/understand/take this into account. Now I think people are just trolling - whoever gets to enflame the thread first wins I guess. |

I will reserve my opinion for when it is released but I do hope they drop the iPad slapped in the middle of the dashboard approach and put some buttons back, but I suspect I will be disappointed.
To be honest , my apathy for new BMWs isn’t really confined to BMWs , I think just new cars in general. Let’s wait and see though. Despite many negative comments about new BMWs in these forums over the last few years, they still continue to sell , so they must be doing something right . |

The proportions really don't excite me whatsoever, and I'm not sure who's idea it was to push forward with the new fascia/light graphic.
I hope I'm proven wrong. |

It was unrealistic but that still means that 1/3rd of all new vehicles would still be 100% gas powered. At some point in the near future EVs are going to be cheaper to operate and own which may not matter to the BMW buying demographic but is going to move the needle. The fact that China can produce EVs as cheaply (subsidized of course) as they do should be triggering alarm bells in the heads of Automaker CEOs. Not every post about EVs needs to be made political and most people should understand that Americas view of EVs might not match the rest of the world’s. |

Can see this turning out quite similar to the concept! (Exterior wise)
