I am expecting something more, but it looks nice. I am sure the auto enthusiast will love the design of this car and I like the fact that it is way more affordable than Ferrari for such a great design.

Wow this thing came out of nowhere for me. I really lost all interest in performance cars lately, but this one hits all the right notes. The fact you can get a manual is such a huge plus too. Way to go Lotus, stunning car

And a better styled rear. As it sits, there is too much dead space between the rear air intakes, and the tail lights are too small for how big the ass is. I don't see the specs as that awesome either, it's big, heavy and quite digital for a Lotus. But then again, it should be, it's fully funded by Chinese money... |

It looks amazing, esp for the price, got all the tranny options to keep everyone happy and choice of engine. The interior is finally looking upscale (Evora was sadly very lacking). Still lightweight despite modern stipulations. I was disappointed I missed the boat with the Alfa 4C but this one is looking good. |

A car that looks like that at that price is just insane value! Add on the fact that it has Lotus handling and its the bargain of the century. I'll take mine with the AMG 4pot. That lump is highly tunable, into the 500hp 3.x sec 0-60 times, and an 8 speed dual clutch. Yummy!

I think I'm going to order a 6cyl Manual one in green with black wheels and yellow calipers.
The exposed shifter mechanism is insane. This should be a keeper.

Manual supercharged V6....yes please
But that'll be expensive where I live due to huge CO2 emission taxes If that engine has the same emission as the previous evora S (229gr/km) the CO2 tax alone will be $ 42652,-- where I live The amg 4 cyl engine will have $ 18900,-- less tax (if it emits the same in that lotus) and probably puts out more power. But no manual and 4cyl sound....

What, you've never heard a Civic with a fart can?

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

That's what I thought. Maybe I woke up and it was 2008 all over again.
P.S. I really enjoyed this engine in the Evora. Shifting wasn't as nice as I hoped, and some of the parts didn't fit the price of the car. But this seems to fix a lot of my complaints. Apparently the configurator is up too
