My 335i was Sparkling Graphite though. Can't go wrong with grays. They're a failsafe.

Austin Yellow was actually my original choice, but after awhile I realized how much better it looked on the M4 than the M3, and I'm not a coupe person. Plus I'll be DD'ing this MF, mid 20's black dude + $80,000 gold car = unwanted attention from the wrong people.

I've got a thing for white cars, pretty sure every one I own from here on out will be a form of metallic white. Just can't go wrong with it.

Needless to say, two days after I bought it the car was impounded... Early 30s Mexican and driving an 80k car with paper plates.

That's funny. When I was in the market, I wanted a YMB M4 but I realized that it looked so much better on the M3 than it did the M4. Lol

I was pulled out at gunpoint. Dude thought I was some sort of drug dealer. My BSM is honestly no different. Maybe it's the red wheels and custom plates. Highway patrol pulled me over for "tint" and kept me there for about 15 minutes on my way up to San Antonio. Gave me a warning for no front plate and obstruction of view because my radar should be on the dash not the window. I was like really Bro? He tried and tried to get his tint meter to work and he couldn't get it no matter how hard he tried.

Seriously? Talk about profiling to the max. Vanity plates definitely do not help, at all. I debated not getting any, but fuck that. My 335i was a terrible magnet for cops and it was gray. Then again it was louder than 99% of the shit on the road, so I suppose I had that coming.

What % was on it? 20%? What's legal in TX? I assume lower than standard, I know 20% is legal in FL for obvious reasons.

In their defense I had been drinking and I refused the breathalyzer. My best friend is a lawyer for the county. She's like ernie, never blow. You might think you're fine but .08 takes as little as 3 to 4 drinks.
I wasn't driving all over the place nor was I speeding. It's never fun to have a gun pointed at your head.
