That's just terrible. That situation could easily ruin my entire year.

WHO NAMES THEIR KID WELL?
I get the same thing all the time. My name is 'Bryan', but everyone spells it 'Brian'. Now that I think about it, I get people that spell it 'Brain' all the time too.

I tried to walk someone through turning on international roaming on their iPhone 5S. When they couldn't do it, they decided to buy a new iPhone 5S. They said they didn't like white anyway and were going to get a gold one.

Hate it when a bus is in front of me on the HOV lane going 55MPH, especially if it's the segment of the 10 freeway that you have to pay toll to access. Can't these cheap mass commuter cheapos just pay the gas like everyone else in LA or buy a car? Or how about those people that like to think they're smugly doing you a favor by driving slow in the fast lane on purpose?

QFT!! When I moved into the house I'm living at now, I didn't make double sure to buy a car with navigation to be confused and circling around the block twice to find the frickin' house. If I was told that it was 12*** ???? Street I would've found it in seconds instead of calling 3-4 times!

Reminds me of when my grandma, who worked at a barber shop, got gifted a brand new microwave (we're talking still sealed in the box) from one of her customers simply because he wanted one to match his stainless steel kitchen decor; apparently he didn't want to wait in line to return the black one. Our old one was a 700w dial-operated POS.

The sorry-assed mass transit busses at the U of I stop to let people in and out at intersections regardless of the lights. I can't count the number of times I've sat through a green light because the friggin' bus in front of me wouldn't turn the goddamn corner first and then let people out.

Just poured my last glass of Caribbean Cask scotch. No place around here to get more. I should have grabbed some when I was up in Champaign yesterday. Damn.

Lack of office coffee seems to be a biggie in this thread. I'm right there with you. My fridge died, so no creamer for coffee. And during the summer the campus coffee shop is closed, so I can't even walk over there to get one.

Why would anybody even bother with Leica, optics schmoptics. My grandfather had all Leica stuff. A 50mm 0.95 lens cost more than my 335 is worth today, and isn't even autofocus (because Leica users focus themselves). When he passed away, it was sold for like 30k. Anybody truly believe the pics taken are better than Nikon or Canon?

I really hope you were joking.

Grand Cayman is alright but I have no desire to go back
If you like the Ritz, try St. Thomas
