There was a replay during the live broadcast that showed VER crossing the line towards the end. I don't know the rules if your car has to fully pass the pit line before rejoining the track but he did cross it if only by a little. Will that be enough for a penalty? Who knows?

FIA let off Leclerc's weigh bridge infringement, he ignored calls for a weight check, Lec's car may have been lighter for that pole lap and could have had weight added in the time it was rolled back to the weigh bridge, yet RB didn't protest that.

Sainz should consider throttling his criticism of the team and out lap traffic.

He underperformed in several races this year, his papa should tell him to keep his mouth shut and follow the #1 driver behavior.

Despite what people might say about the Mercedes result today, they did what they needed given their position and the track. Race pace, Mercedes showed signs of good pace but no one is overtaking on this track especially with the wet conditions - not sure anyone was going to take any risks. If this were any other track, I think RUS would finish about the same and I know HAM would've finished higher - ALO was just holding up for something that was likely never going to happen which made HAM result as lot worse than it was, never mind the damaged front winglet.

I could not agree more, especially where Merc were back in Miami. There were signs on Friday in Miami, but they just fell away on Saturday. IMHO They are a few updates and setups away from fighting for a few wins, at least on tracks that suite their car. I have rightfully been critical of them, but you can't deny there is some progress.

At risk for a time penalty, and so a drop from P1 and P3. All 4 arrived within 3 seconds (0 | 1s154 | 1s492 | 2s922).

For example a 5 or 10 second penalty for both would mean P1 and P2 for SAI and LEC + P3 and P4 for PER and VER. RUS (P5) arrived 11s968 after PER.
