First off I'm a MV fan. It looks like MV is driving like he is in a sim race where there isn't any penalties for his behavior and probably should stop with this and sim racing. On the other hand, in another 10 years the entire grid will get points and trophies for the top 15 finishers at this rate...

With some more mods that 20 in MAX's hands should have a little more pace, four races and two sprints to go is still quite a few and I'm looking for rain at Interlagos to even things up but even then that damn Laren just rolls on with minimal tyre deg and Merc PU that doesn't break.

In 10 years this isn’t going to be racing. It’s going to be a HPDE where you get points. I’ve said it time and time again, none of these guys except for Max, Alo and maybe Lec are racers. The rest either suck or don’t want to race and would prefer no close racing, brake lights on the cars, and point bys for passing. It’s getting pathetic because they are weak and soft.

But there was more going on in Mexico , the moment when Lando was chasing him . The RB20 battery was completely empty (0%)! So he had zero chance vs Lando with DRS...
So ....He had to mow the Mexican lawn and took Lando with him for a picnic..

So , I think his battery s@cks too and his Honda PU from the pool has a lot dead ponies.

MAX needs a brand new Honda PU , followed with a grid penalty(!)
In short : It looks bad . Really bad ..
But as you know : The situation has changed , and Ferrari is now our friend (!)

Chassis, battery, tyre deg and of course PU wear is cramping his style alright and that new PU that is sitting on a shelf in MK may be needed, his 6th will mean just a 5 place drop.
The last one was knackered in FP and there's no telling when this one will start grinding.

Well I'm thinking in terms of aero. Don't the teams take the driver style into consideration?

Would having differing styles cause problems?

Ex, Checo and Max, SAI and LEC

The look on Lawson's face in the paddock after the race when Horner was walking up to him told the whole story. He was in trouble.

No way Lawson in current form could be Max's teammate. That would be such a toxic relationship, the team might implode. He's got some learning ahead.

I love Lawson, and really want to see him succeed and see him eventually replace Checo, he's just gotta get out of the junior circuit mindset.

At the same time, Max did the same to Vettel on more than one occasion, and the rest is history.

Cars are set up for individual style as far as adjustment is possible under the rules, suspension and aero angle wise.

They have the most similar style on the grid. Lec is the only driver who might be able to put a half decent lap in the RB18/19/20 compared to what Max can do.

Lawson apologized for flipping him off, saying it was something he shouldn't have done, but he thought Checo was blocking him and got frustrated.
