On-board radio is no longer used for messaging the team only. Nowadays it's also used as some megaphone for spinning narratives, whining and baiting the race director and race stewards, journalists and fans about all sorts of genuine or self-proclaimed 'injustice' or 'innocence' ("he turned in on me", "he pushed me off track", "he didn't leave me space", "he should give the position back", "report him", "he brake-checked me", "that's some dangerous driving", "did he already get a penalty ?", yadda-yadda). Sometimes also serves as the football equivalent of a "Schwalbe" (foul play by a football player, trying to gain an unfair advantage with a spectacular dive, faking contact).

Actually yes ...
I think there was a lack of information for the drivers at that moment .
Or the Teams (pitwall) didn't got the information yet . But Lando was aware of his penalty , because his team warned him that he could get the black flag for exeeding the track limits .
If MAX would have know , that Lando got already 2 warnings and exeeded the track limits at least 5 - times . I think there wouldn't be an incident in T3.

On the other hand : MAX lost what ? Like 6-7 sec. in the pit by the stupid wheelnut issue ..
That's not all .. Lando came in the DRS behind MAX by exeeding the track limits (again)! That's why Lando gained time and MAX's (used)! tires s@cked anyway.

OK . MAX's defence was a bit with the elbows wide .That's part of racing.
But Lando was extremely reckless with his dive-bombs , It's just madness that Lando wanted overtake with a puncture after the crash with half the car and 2 wheels on the grass at 250 km/h (!)

Regarding the ‘incident.’ I thought initially it was a racing incident. IMO, I thought Max went slightly left to get a better/faster corner exit, and Lando should have paid attention as he’s the driver behind. Lando was aggressively bombing down on corners, which credit to him for trying so hard to get past Max.

If people are so hard on Max for this, then what about the previous race when Max was ‘rallying’ a bit and was pushed onto grass by Lando at the start? If there was contact then, what’s the narrative being pushed around about Max?

F1 is funny. The haters for whichever side/team/driver that people root for come out in full force when there’s action. Which is fun to see, because it means it’s getting exciting vs a boring race with zero racing action and nothing to talk about. It kind of reminds me of politics haha

Mate . Spot on ! If Lando did nothing wrong during the start in Barcelona .. MAX certainly did nothing wrong here.

Agreed. It's funny too because Sai in the 2023 Austria GP, at the same turn, squeezed Max out multiple times. I didn't hear a peep from Max about it. Nor, Sai, Pia all are pretty bad when it comes to crying about track violations.

Ferrari is a clown show. When they sent Leclerc out on dry tires in Canada on a full wet track, that is when I realized they are just the same old Ferrari.

Lewis is going to lose his sh*t if they pull stuff like that when he is behind the wheel.
