Please don't peck the 82mm Hoya HMC filter. I am now a fan of the 77mm B+W cpl, only problem I see with it is that it doesn't bind in the threads so you can only turn it clockwise.

I know of someone who borrowed a Singh Ray variable ND filter and scratched it.... lucky for them the owner bought it w/ American Express and they replaced it.

I need to get a good 77mm CPL for my 24-105. I've been a big fan of CPLs since my 35mm film days.

MRC but I think that you have to be really picky about your shots, otherwise a regular CPL is better than none. I have a link for a place back east on my home computer, give me a few days.

Finally got a half decent picture of my Juvenile Koran Angel...I would guesstimate at 7 to 7.5 inches at this point. In the face, you can see it starting to turn into an adult, which is more yellow in color.

That's an interesting setup. How'd you manage that?

Used one jack to lift the car to height (jamming the truck underneath the tire), used a second under the control arm to remove the first jack (to remove the gap in the wheel arch)...then PS the second one out.

^^^^Slurp!

Didn't know you could use a 1.4x TC and an extension tube at the same time. Nice.
