I've tried every brand out there. Even the stuff they sell at Sam's club and Costco. But been on Syntha 6 for the last 4 years now

you guys ever try trutein? the flavor is unbelievable. its not the 100% determining factor for buying protein, but you wouldn't be able to tell its a protein shake. i haven't gotten any in a while, but i think its time to throw it in the mix. my favorite was lemon meringue.

Na haven't tried this, but lemon meringue is an outrageous protein flavor lol, do you mix it with anything? Not knocking it, but I always mix PB with my protein and peanut butter and lemon meringue doesn't sound like the best combo. The protein blend seems solid though!

Water is fine, but I'll use milk on occasion. Milk just makes it better.

Checked it out. Might have to give it a try...plus they have a pretty good selection of flavors.

Milk totally changes the taste. If I use water it taste watered down but milk makes it taste sweeter and it taste exactly what the flavor says it is

I typically get the unflavored stuff...and been using Muscle Feast for years. Before that it was True Protein's stuff.

Ever try anything from Nutrishop? ForzaPro or Pro7ein Synthesis..

I'm thinking about switching from the blends though and go back to individual whey, isolate and casein separately and just have at the right time of day/night

I use to go to the Nutrishops in San Diego but they don't have them out here in OH.

Man....you are a glutton for punishment!

Luckily, legs are my fastest growing bodypart. Early on in my weightlifting journey.....I trained them too much.

It took my upper body almost two years to catch up.

I do some form of Squats 3 times a week.

Warming up here in Florida, I swam yesterday felt great. I will try and swim once a week. Very good active recovery exercise.

As for Protein.....I switched over to Plant based protein. Which I mix with Almond milk and coconut water. Much easier on my stomach.

Some of this real talk has helped me out. I'm old ass man and still have big ass dreams and chase the shit out of em every day harder than ever. My diet keeps dialing in, my routine my rest it's a forever process and wouldnt think it was enough when I'm Jay Cutler sized.
