Anybody else enjoying the Voodoo Ranger series by New Belgium? There's gotta be six different choices, pretty sure I like them all...

The Voodoo, we drank those when we got back to the cabin last week while fly fishing in Colorado, before we started on bourbon.

We also sipped on a bit of this!

Sixpoint is a Brklyn brewery, now also brewing in PA.
"Bengali" is a regular IPA, western style.
"Resin" is their Imperial IPA which I love.
The "Crisp" is a great Pilzner from Sixpoint. Very refreshing for Summer!

One of my favorite beer: Kwak is a traditional strong Belgian amber ale.

Notes: In Napoleon’s time Pauwel Kwak was a brewer and owner of the ‘De Hoorn’ inn in Dendermonde. Mail coaches stopped there every day. But at that time coachmen were not allowed to leave their coach and horses in order to have their thirst quenched along with their passengers. As a result, the inventive innkeeper had a special Kwak glass blown that could be hung on the coach.
In this way the coachman had his Kwak beer safely at hand. Today Kwak is one of the few remaining historic Belgian beers and is still served with respect for tradition in its original kwak glass. Recognizable, special and just as idiosyncratic as the taste of the beer itself.

I appreciate it...but its like $250 bucks for a bottle! Just let me know if you can find it and I'll pay for it + shipping. I have nothing to trade that will equate! I MIGHT be able to get some Pliny the Younger when it releases in Feb.

We used to call beer glasses like that a "Yard of Ale", or a "Half-yard...", or that looks like a "Foot of Ale".

Has anyone experienced the danger with this beer glass? When you get down to a certain point the beer in the lower bulb will surge up & splash on the gnewbies.
I had the "yard" version in HS!

I bought a very different style of beer from a local Georgia brewery. It's Fall Line Brewery Co. based in Macon. The beer is Limestruck and it is sour! Actually pretty good though. Brewed with sea salt and lime.
