Dude, I can barely put up the bar on it's own. Last time tried doing a pull up the back got thrown out. Sheesh.

I don't hyper extend my back, I had two surgeries on my lumbar 4&5 when I ruptured the disks so I can't bend it like most who try to puff their chest high up.

It's close grip, conventional back position, no pause, simply down, touches chest, back up for 2 reps. 365 is my PR at the moment. And I'm sitting at 195 at the moment . (Pic attached was taken yesterday after legs)

When I'm 175, it's still not a big deficit. I can easily bench 315 still for 6.

Ps my sleeve is my tramp stamp, for all the non believers
