So, life just doesn't let me get to the gym except in the evenings, as a general rule. How many of these pre-workouts would you be able to sleep within an hour or two of taking them????? I only have caffeine on Wednesdays now.
On my 50th trip around the sun, so weight I push/pull is just dropping down quite a bit. Did a few test-boost products, but didn't really feel anything. |

I use C4 and N.O. Explode. The C4 is much better and really gives me that kick while the N.O. Explode gives me more constant energy. C4 also has less caffeine than most preworkouts.

I make my own pre workout consisting of
5g BCAA - 2.5g leucine, 1.25g iso-leucine, 1.25g valine 6g Citrulline Malate 1.5g Betaine Anhydrous(trimethlyglycine) 2g Beta Alanine 1g Taurine 2g Creatine Hydrochloride 80 mcg Huperzine 300mg Alpha GPC 200mg Caffeine SO much better then anything I have tried, its fairly similar to the JYM Preworkout which IMO is far superior to anything on the market. |

some people there bodies don't agree with creatine and feel nauseous. some people cycle off KRE AKLYn creatine, nitrate, HCL or monohydrate, creatin draws water to your cells some of them do as glutamine. converts to Atop to make you lift more and stronger which has been scientifically proven if you read studies. I take creatine for majority of the year and cycle off a week/two after each use depending on my goals. if you are trying o lean out then stay away from it as bodybuilders do when they go on a pre contest diet and regime before there show.

I personally like using Cellucor C4 Ripped (version of C4 that doesn't include creatine). Even though it has the same caffeine content as regular C4, I feel like I receive a bigger boost and it lasts longer as well.
Also a little side note, EmergenC packets mixed in with pre workout work great as well!!

Body had some weird reactions a couple of years ago, increased muscle spasms and some other unsettling things. I might actually be okay to take it now, but I hadn't seen a creatine alternative offered by BSN; this one actually worked quite well for me, considering it's the first time I've taken a preworkout in a long time and I wasn't sure how I would fare. Also, I didn't notice any crash.
However, I was in the beginning stages of the flu (and now I am finally starting to get over it), so I'll report back in next week since I skipped basically all my routines this week in order to not delay recovery.

Well, I just completed my upper/core routine today now that I've fully recovered from the flu, and I gotta say that the Hyper FX is FANTASTIC. Still have ridiculous amounts of energy and I took it around 4:50PM. It is currently 8:58 on the east coast and I cooked dinner, did the dishes, and am still bouncing off the walls.
I'm pretty sure it's due in large part to the carbonation and 270mg of caffeine. No way will I ever double scoop this shit. But MAN it is awesome.

Been using it for years. I really like it, I've tried all the other stuff like NO Explode and C4, but Im not a fan of the tingly feeling. I know it's harmless, but it's just not my cup of tea. Plus I like how it doesn't give me a crash after.
