It's supposed to be in the 70s Friday and Saturday. I bet we're going to be hit with a bunch of snow soon

My ideal weather is when it's too cold for my daughter to bug me about going to the park, but dry and sunny so there's no snow or rain. I think 50s and sunny.

It dropped to 31.5 F here overnight, with a hard frost this morning. Growing season is officially over.

It also dropped to 35 F overnight down at the airport near our SC tree farm. Thankfully, southern pine trees are not sensitive to sub-freezing temperatures.....

Low to mid 30's last night, woke up to about a 1/2" of snow/slush this morning. Cold and Rainy all day today, low 30's tonight .

On a brighter note, supposed to be back to the high 60's Sunday & Monday

About 9500 for a slim unit outside, electrical and copper work, exchanger on existing 4-ton furnace in the attic

Near freezing the last couple of mornings, then back in the 60-70s. This weekend in Stillwater it's supposed to hit 90. We be up there for Texas v OSU and it's homecoming.

Vegas currently has Texas as 6.5 pt favorite after our double-OT loss to TCU last weekend.

The beginning of this week was cold enough to require gloves to work outside. Never got out of the low 40's. Today it's going to hit 80F. Love autumn in central IL.

In the Pacific Northwest, our unusual protracted summer abruptly ended yesterday. Finally our October rains arrived. Hopefully this ends the fire danger and helps put out the active wildfires. Forecast highs for next week are mid/upper 50s.
